- How long does delivery take?
- Each piece is made to order. Most items ship within 2 to 12 days (the estimate is shown on every product page), then arrive within 2 to 4 working days across Egypt.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is a flat 60 EGP, and free for orders of 1,500 EGP or more.
- Can I pay when my order arrives?
- Yes. Choose Cash on delivery at checkout, or pay online by card or mobile wallet.
- What is your returns policy?
- If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. Made-to-order custom pieces cannot be returned.
- How do I care for my macramé?
- Shake out dust gently, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and air dry. Keep out of prolonged direct sun to avoid fading.
